Today on my run, I went across a bridge and all of these geese were swimming to go under it. I stopped on the bridge because the sun was shining wonderfully on my face over the water. I looked at the geese, i’ve always had a love for geese, they make me smile and feel better. I went over the bridge and continued to a park along the river, to my new spot. When I looked up, all of the geese had turned around in their direction and were coming toward me. Geese from other parts of the river. All of them. Literally every goose that I saw was swimming toward me, enclosing me in an arc of geese. They came within about 5 feet to where I was sitting on the shore and sat there with me for a few moments before swimming away into the sun, and I continued on with my run. It was amazing. Geese are the best.
